MANCHESTER, Iowa (April 26) - Authorities in northeast Iowa say a man faces charges accusing him of cutting a pacemaker out of his father's chest.

Would it be an understatement to say that this father-son relationship needs work? At therapy "So, how did your week go, gentlemen?" says MFT. Son responds "Well, I got angry and took a kitchen knife, and cut out my father's pacemaker form his chest in a bout of frustration." MFT-"How did that make you feel...."
