MA EMT Recert help

is anyone having an issue with EMT recert with massemt.org I hold MA CERT hours summited but can not seem to send my 125 payment for my recert I go to website https://onlineservices.hhs.state.ma.us/MyLicense Enterprise/PersonSearchResults.aspx? but can not locate my records to summit the finial step. I called OEMS they said my ssn is on record but has no DOB and they will call me in 48hrs to fix it but my concern is that if they dont fix this before 4/1/2015 will i lose my license or because i did already summit my ConEd credits to the site and paid the 20 dollar fee will i be ok if it takes OEMS longer to fix the SSN DOB issue.

Whoa there! Calm down, punctuation is your friend.
MA OEMS is piloting a new recertification scheme called the National Core Competency Program, along with a new computer system for tracking state certifications (eLicensing). There's been a lot of confusion, but they've laid out the process pretty simply.

Notice they recommend you complete this process in February, which would give you time to troubleshoot problems like incorrect SSNs and still get your card by 4/1. My guess is that if OEMS is telling you it will take 48 hours to correct, it will probably take 48 hours to correct, and there's not much more you can do right now. I had to call them a few weeks ago, and know they're super busy, but got a quick reply when I emailed them. Contact me offline if you'd like the address.
