Looking to borrow or buy Mosby's 4th

I'd love to borrow or buy your gently used copy of Mosby's Paramedic Textbook 4th edition. I've signed up for Medictests which sounded great, but the material is very scattered with no standard formatting and doesn't suit my learning style at all.
