RN with hx of EMT on the street as well as in USAF as crash rescueman long ago. Air Nat Guard experience planning and executing field support for exercises and inspections. Currently RN with a sheriff dept's correctional health section revamping EMS in jails. Ready to retire and do work I have liked the most, field/non hospital medical support, betwen San francisco and Tahoe. Any leads or experience?
