First off a little background to this request.
I have been working in Iraq on a mobile high threat PSD team the past couple years as a medic. I am going to be doing a pretty difficult testing in about 5 weeks for a state side agency and am looking for something like a refresher, but more involved. I was hoping that someone has some online resources that I have not uncovered with my google-fu or a couple good books that you can recommend. I am not looking for anything thats going to 'prepare' me for the NREMT or the like, as this is more of an involved 5 year medic test. I have been focusing 99% on trauma and TCCC stuff, and the rest on remote medicine, so I dont have any need for that, just medical, pedi, cardiac and special considerations stuff. I know that my best bet would be just to get my textbooks sent over and get after it, but the online option would be great till books can show up. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
