Long sleeve UV sun protection on duty

Hey guys,
Anyone have any good recommendations for long sleeve UV protection that looks professional under a short sleeve EMS uniform shirt? Preferably tight fitting, and comfortable for hot weather.

You know the company that makes clothing dyes, Rit, makes an SPF clothing treatment that you can wash right into your clothes..

You dump a package in your washing machine with a load of clothes, it makes them SPF 30 (which really is alot) and it lasts for 20 washes. Cheaper than buying new clothes..
