To those of you carrying ketamine, how is it supplied? Thanks.
 
10 Amp. 5 ml (5 mg/ml); 5 Inj.-Fl. 20 ml (5 mg/ml); 10 Amp. 2 ml (25 mg/ml); 5 Inj.-Fl. 10 ml (25 mg/ml). Je 100 (10×10): Amp. 5 ml (5 mg/ml), Amp. 2 ml (25 mg/ml). Je 25 (5×5): Inj.-Fl. 20 ml (5 mg/ml), Amp. 10 ml (25 mg/ml), Inj.-Fl. 10 ml (25 mg/ml), Inj.-Fl. 50 ml (25 mg/ml).
 
supplied in a carpuject vial, not sure of the concentration bc weve changed so many times recently
 
It's a generic drug, so it's available from a number of different manufacturers in various vial sizes and concentrations. Since it's a scheduled drug, you're better served using vials close to unit-dose size, which would be in the 50mg/vial range, rather than a 20cc 200mg vial.

That's what I was looking for. I'm finishing up writing the minimum equipment list for our CCT units and was wondering how other services were varying it, as this medication is new to us.
 
We use 200mg in 2ml, then it can be drawn up into 20ml for IV, or given 'neat' for IM.
