I am new here and to EMS. I have been on My local Search and Rescue squad for a few years, the local Fire Department for a year or so and I am a driver for the local (privatley owned) ambulance service. I am taking my EMT Basic course and am a month from being done. I have a 94% average so far but I am still nervous about the Finals.... I live in Wyoming in a small town of 1200 people. Our ambulance and S&R service most of the south end of the county. We dont get a TON of calls but enough to keep it interesting. I am here to learn from some of you and see what this forum is all about
 
Good to see another Wyomingite on here! Sounds like you are on the right track w/ the volly experience and getting your basic. Good luck with the rest of school, lemme know if I can help you with anything.
