How up to date are your computer systems kept?

Have you been to a call out where the address isn't on your map or GPS system, because of a new sub division?
Or in same cases, town management or planning have changed a street name for whatever reason?

It happens here more than we'd like to see.
Attached is a news article with problems the Fire Service here is facing over information not being program into their computer systems.

Yeah in my area it does not seem like a high priority to have street signs replaced.
