I am just wondering what everyone's opinions on hospital based ems systems vs Non hospital based ems. For my clinical time I went to a hospital based ambulance service. When we weren't out on a call we got to work in the ER. I enjoyed this greatly. I got alot more pt interaction in the ER then I did on the ambulance. What does everyone think the pro's and con's are for these 2 options?
