Hey all,

My name's Sean. I've been lurking on this forum for quite a while but finally decided to make an account and say hello. I'm getting out of the military next April and will begin working towards becoming a Paramedic (with a transition to a career as a Physician Assistant many years down the road). I've read a lot of topics on these boards and want to wish a thank you to everyone. I've found a lot of answers to many questions just by reading through topics and have gained a much clearer picture of what my future outlook will be in this field.

I look forward to being a member of this community as I transition back into the civilian world and leave the profession of arms behind for a life of helping others! :)

Welcome.

Don't be a stranger and don't be afraid to get involved in discussion. We only bite a little.

And only some of us have communicable diseases.

A communicable disease is just a sign that you've been doing a little too much communicating. A sing we're all guilty off here at EMTLife.

Yeah, they'll buy that.

Are you still drinking?

Naturally.

Its -4 degrees here.

Whiskey is an essential service.

Fair enough.

I like your taste, good sir.

None of this bourbon rubbish. If you set water on fire and added some methylated spirits, you would get something far better than bourbon.

Its Irish on ice or its nothing.

Scotch will be accepted but not appreciated.

Welcome =) Thanks for serving our country!!
