Has anybody thought about becoming an EMT or Medic instructor at a community college or four year school? Such as getting their masters or graduates in that? I figured that if I really enjoy what I do when I eventually start, I think itd be cool to do that. If anybody has, tell me what its like and if they enjoy it.

You'll grow out of it

There are hundreds of retired or ambitious part time EMS, fire, police etc treaching EMS, CPR first aid etc. Good luck. Then, you will get bored.
