What's the ACLS guideline for a person who was in cardiac arrest but then comes back into VT with a pulse ?

Would you obtain vitals signs to compare if it's stable vs unstable ? An if the pt is stable would you do an Ami drip ? Vs unstable cardio vert ?

Pulsatile VT is not a "stable" ROSC rhythm unless that was their stable prearrest rythmn (eg a slow VT for hours).

So synchronized cardioversion (although in the real world it is highly likely the pulse would be so weak that it would be defibrillated).
