I would guess that Gwinett Tech's program would be the most likely one. I don't know very much about their program other than they've been accredited since 2005 and were the only program in Georgia to do so until accreditation became mandatory. As a college, the people I know that have transferred there have mentioned that they felt the college offered a better quality education than their previous TCSG school.
