ive been out of the business since around 1996, currently am getting the required stuff for national registry, ( acls, phtls, 48 hr state refresher, cpr and a letter from state ems) , and am afforded some or all i want sit in time with a couple of current classes. i would like to test in 6 months or so, as i am slowly but surely getting into it all over again , but now its like the drugs , the algorhytms, cardio pulmonary, abcd,s, primary and secondary, and skills are so familiar and come to me so much quicker than back when i went to school. besides taking a biology class and soon an a&p this is all i see i can do, ive been onlines and taken or looked into most of the sites out there, i own several acls case based learning books , questions and answers, i want my medic back bad , is there anything else out there i dont know about can help me ensuring a pass on the skills and computer at nationals

acls protocols and algorithms have changed a lot since then and so has bls. a refresher in A&P will help a ton as well as a basic EKG course and maybe PALS but not necessary. so once again: ACLS, EKG and BLS/CPR should help plus read over the latest Brady medic book if you can get one cheap enough off line and compare notes.
