Full Body Vacu-splints

looking for feedback regarding the use of a full body vacu-splint for spinal immobilization vs. traditional longboard...

I worked for a service that had them and I loved them for certain calls. Little old lady who fell, struck her head and c/o back and hip pain, and now she's stuck behind the toilet with no way to get a backboard down the dark twisty hallway let alone in the bathroom. Severe curvature of the spine pts that can't lay flat. Situations like that, they are great.
