Franklin Covey Classic day planner Accessories/forms?

I'm trying it once again. I have the date filler and I found a used simple binder for $2. I can make my own dividers and forms and punch and would like to get a slightly better binder, but I would prefer to buy them used and reasonably priced. If local to Central California, I'll even come get it.
Any lapsed "Sons Of Franklin" out there?
