A man gets his hand entangled in a corn picker, which then catches fire, causing significant burns. With the fire spreading and no one to help, he amputates his own arm with a pocket knife and drives himself to get help. This guy is as tough as nails!

That's close to me kinda....and I didn't hear about it till on here. Amazing story...that guy acted quickly and saved his own life...amazing.

It amazes me, he drives himself to the ER, and never calls 911. However, you have all these other people that call 911 for feeling nausiated, a HA, a stub toe, stuff that THEY should be driving themselves to the hospital with. Maybe they should read this story. Poor guy!
