They all have to follow the national curriculum and be at least 120 hours in order to take the NREMT. State to state consistency is one of the goals of the national registry.

Some states have higher standards than others, which can make transferring licenses between states an inconsistent process. Don't look for the state with the easiest requirements, and certainly don't take a "quick and easy" route. Learn the content. Master BLS assessment. Become a good EMT.
