I am looking for a EMT-B 10th edition book. Anyone have an idea as to where to get one cheap??

Amazon is usually a safe bet. You may also want to give more info. 10 th edition of which emt text? There are several different emt texts from different publishers.

Amazon. Just get a new book because a used book is only $10 cheaper. However, the new book, like mine, may come with creases on the edges and if it does, give the seller a negative feedback and he/she may give you a 10% refund.
