Looking to get some extra practice off the job. I've only been running with an ambulance company as an EMT-B for about a year now and we don't get a whole lot of calls and the ones we do are mostly drunks (college campus). Is there maybe a patient simulator or something someone knows about that I could check out?

One of my friends got this for me for Christmas

It's low graphics, kinda corny, but the procedures are true to the world. It is more into Paramedic SMOs than Basic but it's still fun to play around with.

Got it at the dollar store. Super stupid. It requires unnecessary assessments and for everything to be done in the exact right order or you lose points.
 
I know, it yelled at me for trying to take C-Spine straight out of the gate at a high speed motorcycle accident. guess witness interview is more important lol
 
There's an iphone app called EMTscenarios which is okay... there are something like 32 scenarios. You don't get to make choices though, you have to form the answer in your head and then click to see if your train of thought is correct. I'd say there's a bit you could learn from it. It'll give you some things to think about or consider on top of what you had thought of. It's free (or at least it was when I downloaded it), so check it out if you have an iphone.
