My dept. is getting ready to switch to computers and we are trying to come up with some quick sheets. Wanted to know if any one had any on file in like word or something so that we could look at them? Any help would be appreciated. email address is **email address removed - contact member via PM**
Thanks Robbie Oldham

To get basic pt information

if you you a tablet style computer like the rugged notebook from Motorola or the panisonic toughbook. you should be able to write and fill in pt. info right there (no more clipboard and paper).

yeah...which you can use while assessing the pt or have a little note pad, write down info needed then transfer it to the electronic report after the call is over, that way you worry more a pt care yet you are still documenting everything.

That is not electronic PCR that's using a notepad, would it not be easier to just use a notepad and then write up your electronic PCR later? or if only one provider is providing care, to have the other one do it?

sometimes, (depending on the call) it is better pt. care if you are focusing on them instead of trying to focus on a sheet of paper...Im not sure though, i havnt worked with the ePCRs that much only a few times so i am still used to the regular paper form. It would be interesting to get other peoples input on this.
