I am a manager at a large private ambulance service in the northeast. Our company has grown exponentially in the 10 short years we have been in business and we now employ over 150 people.
Recently I have been scouring the internet searching for some sort of software product to track our employees perfosmance as well as the companies performance overall. Some key points to my search have been...
-Employee Incident report tracking
-Employee call off tracking
-Facility incident tracking to ensure prompt followup on any complaints or issues and be more responsive to our customers
-Ease of generating reports for both employee reviews and facility reviews
-User friendlyness to ensure that it is easy for our managers in imput information and generate reports.
I was wondering if there are any compainies out there that utilize any type of software of this nature or what other methods private EMS agencies utilize to maintain accurate and neat databases on these topics... Any commentary or suggestions???
