EMS degree accrediting

Hey, I might be heading overseas soon for a contract work. My Paramedic degree completion school may change as a result. I have enough courses now that will transfer over that I can complete everything online. The ones I am looking at now are accredited by the MSCHE http://www.msche.org/

Is this a fine and widely acceptable agency?

Accreditation for school systems is different from program accrediting agencies. The question will be whether your credits are recognized from your existing work and whether the new school's credits will be accepted by another college if you decide to return later.

Have your current college's academic office answer your questions and then take your findings to your state EMS office to ensure that the Paramedic program will meet their requirements especially if CoAEMSP is not mentioned.
