I am an EMT-B from NJ and I moveing to NC but not sure if they take it or do I have to retake the test

best bet would be to call the NC OEMS

as long as you have a NR and its an NR state, you'l just have to pay for the NC license (both drivers and EMS)

free reciprocity? i just moved from detroit to san antonio...i waited until i moved to get my texas cert because the reciprocity was MUCH more expensive, not to mention the FBI would've had to get involved too (no joke)
