I've been trying to get this Live Scan form filled out to get an Ambulance Driver Cert (do they seriously call it that?) for the DMV. Never needed a license working for the Park Service but apparently the rest of California cares.
Does anyone who has recently gone through this process know the OCA number for the Live Scan form? Looked for hours on the internet and been on hold with the DMV for many more hours and have come up empty.
