What programs are you guys using to run CQI?

We use emsCharts for our ePCR.

100% chart review with monthly QA/QI meetings, however, we only run ~2300 calls a year so this is feasible. We're also a teaching organization, so we use this to supplement con-ed.

100% crew feedback on all STEMIs, Strokes, and cardiac arrests.

Hospital provides 100% crew feedback on all STEMIs, Strokes, and cardiac arrests transported with ROSC.

We're about to go to ImageTrend. We do 100% CQI as well with the oncoming crew reviewing all calls from the previous shift. Priority 1 patients will also be reviewed at least one other time by an FTO, along with extra reviews for all RSI patients and codes.
