My school is taking forever and a freaking day to get completion letters to my class, so its preventing me from getting my CA cert. Any suggestions for continuing education while I'm waiting to apply for employment?
 
Short term or long term?
Short term - PHTLS/ITLS could be helpful especially on 911 rigs, Wilderness Update (making you a WEMT) might help if you work in a remote area. Phlebotomy and ECG if you considered working in ER.
Long term - Human A&P, Microbiology, Pharmacology...anything you could get to prepare you for further career path.
 
How long is "forever and a freaking day"?

Also, you could have asked this question without bashing your program.

I didn't bash the program. The director even said that it took them about a month longer to get out the letters for the class I graduated from. I actually graduated from one of the best programs in SoCal.
