compression-recoil cycle % during CPR

I can not find any infomation about this. Its no where in my book and couldnt find anything on google. Could someone please enlighten me as to what this is?
 
Context?

I assume it's just talking about the ratio of time spent compressing to time spent letting the chest recoil.
 
... just as clueless about what you are asking...
I can tell you that even the best CPR only reproduces about 35% of normal cardiac output, and in order to build up to that coronary perfusion pressure, it takes ~25 good compressions, and you lose it as soon as you become "hands off" to give breaths (without an ET tube).
There have been many studies on "resuscitation science" and recently research refuting current practices. I am not at a computer right now that can, but I suggest you do a PubMed or MedLine search for studies.
