A Colorado man says he's lucky to be alive after rescuers pulled him his car, which was submerged in flood water, but he's also planning to sue those same rescuers.

The man's attorney says first responders are included in the intent to sue because they did not realize he was trapped in the car until they prepared to lift it out. ‪
