Hey guys, Ive been looking around everywhere and i have talked to a few people but they still havent answered all my questions about CME's. Im a newly certified EMT-B for New York (Graduated 3 months ago) and now im already looking to plan my way of re-cert in 3 years.
Some have told me for CMEs its not worth all the time you put forth, due to the numerous classes you have to sit though over 2 years. and other have told me that CME is the way to go if you have time on your hand because there are no exams or anything for them, and they are quite fun in the end.
My questions to you all is roughly how much time in the end do these CMEs account for?
Are there any written exams or hands on exams throughout these?
and i would personally like to hear personal opinions on which way you guys re-cert and why?
