Hi working for Ambulance Victoria we follow strict guidelines and protocols for treatment. the guidelines can be found on AV's website a link to them is attached below. all paramedics are provided with a hard copy and a in field guide know as a "Protocol Manual" this small pocket sized book contains most commonly used CPGs for quick reference in the field
