Hello everyone,
I just received my state license and ambulance certificate from the DMV. I am OC certified as well. My question is, I applied to a company based out of LA county and they said in order for them to hire me I needed a medical card (how do I get this?) and a DOT? even though they said a branch I would work out of was in OC? Can someone please clarify a DOT and do I need to get this for employment with any ambulance company? My school told me in order to work in OC I just needed to be OC certified? Thank you.
