ANy one have any tips for an interview... I have applied everywhere and this is my first interview with and EMT...(ok Second)....
And any tips on how to learn the San Diego Protocols book???

Memorizing the BLS sections of the protocol book isn't too difficult, given that most of it is ALS.

Every interview I went to starts with a these:

What's your 5 year plan?
What's your 10 year plan?
What's one of your strengths?
What's one of your weaknesses?
If you had a problem with a coworker how would you resolve it?

Getting hired at Care shouldn't be too difficult, but remember they are a private transport company so most likely they will ask you about common things related to IFT:

Can a patient be transported with meds onboard?
What are the protocols for restraining a patient?
