I was just now reviewing some EMS research on emsresponder.com when I came upon the following article:

Sorry for creating two posts, my edit button disappeared. Anyways, I came across a research study from the American Heart Association in regards to Cardiocerebral Rescuscitation which offers a bit more detail. This seems interesting:

we use it in my department and many others are going to it in the phoenix metro area. Seems to work ok, I like the research behind it, gets iring doing 100-200 compressions before switching.
