An old friend reminded me of this notable example of things going right, and the generosity and level-headedness our Canadian neigh orbs she on 9/11.
Anyone have personal memories or participation in this?

(While deployment of the most basic types of mass supplies here was held up by nitpicking, Canada still does not have one absolutely final tally, just "got 'er done" and enabled the putdown of American airspace without the loss of hundreds or thousand of lives).
