So I have been searching for any input about medic schools north of LA but the particular ones I had in mind don't seem to have much info. I currently work as a ER tech and have also put in 2 years on a 911 rig as a Basic. I feel like I have learned a lot but I still feel as though the programs around me aren't what I'm looking for. I'm trying to just get out of LA but the scope and the standard of care seem to be a bit lacking as well. I applied to Ventura College, Cuesta College, Sacramento and Foothill. I really like Foothill but I highly doubt that I will get in. Lately I have been more interested in Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo and Ventura College. I haven't been able to find much input on those two in particular. I would greatly appreciate any advice or input anyone has. Thanks a bunch
