Asthma drugs and their effect on Pulmonary Embolism

Just after a bit of help from those in the know.

If you are presented with a patient who you believe is suffering an acute asthma attack and you administer Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide, what positive/negative effects is it likely to have if the pt actually has a pulmonary embolism?

Any references also greatly appreciated as I can't find anything.
