Anyone reading or has read Kaplan's "The Dressing Station"?

I'm re-reading it (third time since purchase years ago) and I still find it informative and provocative. Also, it gives some glossary* regarding UK medicine's "consultants" and "registrars" (very different meanings versus USA).
