So I finished emt school like a week ago, but we dont have our state practicals till one month. (Were all going down as a class) Is there anything I can do besides the obvious? I decided to do a few volunteer ride alongs and I have some EMT success book which is just a bunch of questions which makes for good reviewing. Thanks

show up and take it. Bring pencils or pens. Put your name on the test. The answer is C.

If it's practicals...

that you're concerned with, get together with a couple of your classmates between now and your testing date and do some simple practicing.

The book stuff you can brush up on, practical testing take hands on practice.

Good luck.

Yeah my only major concern is the praticals. So is it 3 random skills and 1 assessment?

The answer to that...

question is probably found on your state's EMS website.

Rather than focusing on what the test may or may not entail, why not focus on practicing all the skills you learned, then it won't matter if the test covers 3 skills, 6 skills, 1 skill, etc.

Good luck.
