Another intubation screw-up....

My fiance got a nasal intubation last week... and got scolded. Pt was stat ep and clenched. The protocols don't state that you can do a nasal intubation, but they also don't state that you can't... just endotrachial intubation... he was taught in his medic class in the next county over. Regardless, I'm super proud of him. :)
