Ok so I'm hoping sometime within the next week or so to have my interview with AMR here in Northern California. Would love to hear some feedback about what to expect. What to prepare for, and what I need to bring.. Was told there are over 300 applicants, and that 75 of those 300 would recieve phone calls for an interview. I'm pretty confident that my application will make that top 75, so any help would be greatly appricated.

with that many applicants you can expect a multiday event
1- multiple choice test
2- skills test
3- interview
4- physical

they try to narrow the field at each step. have your certs and H6 with you, bring a copy and bring originals too. have you ducks in order. feel free to pm

I work with AMR in San Diego what we did was come in for a skills test which is easy if you know your skills, then right after the skills test i had an oral interview and that was it. Usually you take the written test when you put in your application. The PAT test is after you get an offer of employment. Atleast that is how it is in San Diego.

Best of luck!
