Do geriatrics experience all the symptoms outlined in a AMI? Or do some of it go unnoticed?

Thanks!

No one experiences the same symptoms. This is why cardiac disease is such a pain in the ***. It can range from just not feeling good to the textbook description.

Ugh, geriatric patients are a nightmare, lots of them have diabetes or some other condition causing neuropathy or altered cognition which makes them highly likely to have atypical pain or no pain at all from ACS or STEMI, or unable to properly describe it if they do have it. Have a very low threshold for recommending ambulance transport to ED, I am loathe to leave these people at home or send them to the GP.
