The executive director of the Cranberry ambulance service has been held for court on charges that he sexually assaulted a teenager.
Steve Frank Tedesco Jr., 29, of Cranberry, charged with performing oral sex on a sleeping teenager, faced a preliminary hearing this morning before District Judge David Kovach of Cranberry.
