I'm not a paramedic, so i wanted to ask a quation about somthing i watch on a tv show, goes like this:

Station 14, Card 29,
auto versus pedestrian.
52nd and Woodland. CPD already on scene.
Can you copy?

Or in another episode:

Station 14 Card 28.
Stroke. Patient is non-responsive. Can you copy?

What is the meaning of the word Card in this contex?

Thanks, and sorry for the bad english.

Card is most likely referring to the EMD card that the call is classified as

A 29 in EMD dispatch is a motor vehicle accident and 28 is stroke.

I agree, reference to EMD dispatch
