Does anyone have any methods for airway rewarming for a intubated or non-intubated patient in the prehospital field?

We carry hot, humidified oxygen units. So we can either run it on a mask, or we can run it on an intubated patient, the only downside is that they take awhile to warm up.

That would be nice. I am looking for a non commercial way to do it, if there are any.
