EAGLE — A small, private aircraft went off the north side of the runway Friday morning at Eagle County Airport. The result was a minor fire and some bumps and bruises, but no major injuries were reported.

There were four occupants in the airplane at the time of the crash. A pilot, co-pilot, a nurse and a patient of the Shaw Cancer Center in Edwards. The aircraft was an "air ambulance" owned by Aspen Aviation.

Eagle County Airport (EGE) is ~30min W of Vail, Colorado between Eagle and Gypsum.

:( Hopefully nobody that I know. At least it sounds like there were no major injuries.

I'll have to ask some of the FF's I know out there.

I don't think I saw the Concern bulliten for this yet?
