I just got one today. I have done ACLS in the classroom (which I prefer) on a hospital based computer (sucked) and now this killer CD.
I have only finished 4 of the 10 scenarios and they rocked! The patient interaction is awesome. Has anyone else tried this yet? So far I am very impressed!
