Account Lockout [Not a bug]

I have been getting locked out of my account on my phone frequently. It seems to happen after entering the wrong password just once.

Unable to reproduce.

I attempted to log into one of test user accounts, entered the wrong password and it just gives me the option to try again.

It might just be my network here it does weird things.
