Monday is the first day of Paramedic A&P... I'm excited :]] Paramedic school, here we come :]

Good luck mate, however "Paramedic A&P" sounds a little dubious

Eh, it is a little dubious as it's from a private program. But I was stupid when I first started CC and screwed up any chances I had to get back in until I can bring up transcript grades any other way. But the school I'm going to is accredited by the CAAHEP.

The class feels a little overwhelming, but I feel it will be good. The instructor also teaches the same course at a local college (Point Loma Nazareen), and is an RN/MSN/BSN.

Edit: We also have to write a case study for this course.

However, the course at the college can be applied toward a degree and can transfer between college programs.

It would be interesting to know if the instructor was told by his employers to say "nice" things about the class. I also hope you aren't referrring to the NCTI A&P.

Some colleges also have their own watered down "Paramedic A&P" classes which should not be confused with the A&P classes that other health care programs are required to take.

No, the class is ran by Jane Rabun from EMSTA. Our book is Anatomy and Physiology in Emergency Care. The course is about 50 hours long, and the time spent in this course is not counted towards the paramedic program.
